The challenge

End-to-End view of marketing and business development. Improvement, implementation and ongoing support.

  • A high street solicitor, grown over 100 years through opening new 'branches' and merging with a key competitor.

  • The brand, mission statement, value propositions and marketing assets were all outdated and confused.

  • Without the inhouse capability, Berry & Lamberts needed support.

  • Not just with the elements mentioned but the need to get all stakeholders to agree and find a way forward.

The solution

Working collaboratively with the team we:

  • Used the discovery phase to really understand the business and clients needs, competitor offerings and the key issues in the legal industry.

  • Created and facilitated a bespoke value proposition workshop, including stakeholder mapping and created a new mission statement and value propositions. Giving clear sight of future positioning and pathway that gave a competitive edge.

  • Created three design concepts and settled on a more modern look.

  • Created an internal messaging house, brand guidelines, implications audit and key digital assets for use in sales and marketing materials, client documents and wider.

  • Developed and delivered launch campaign, then went on to develop wider Go-To-Market strategy.

The outcome

  • Clear differentiation in a crowded client and recruitment market with very positive user feedback.

  • A brand that represents a diverse client base.

  • A stronger more modern and professional voice in the marketplace.

  • A brand that can continue to develop through its various assets. It is and will stand the test of time.
